Within the continental US: Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days.
At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. Shipping outside of the US: International shipping is also available for our customers. International orders have different shipping times and depending on your location could take up to 4 weeks. We are not responsible for any international returns and any duties/taxes associated with such. Any returns that are associated with denial from customers to pay duty charges will not be accepted. Once your return complies with the above it will be evaluated and the conditions of each item will be reviewed. Upon approval of the return, our billing team will begin the refund. You should see the payment reflected on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
