ORDERING
Whenever an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all items and price breakdown. Within 2 business days it will be shipped to the address on file. After placing an order we cannot change it, if it has not shipped you can request a cancellation/refund.
To make it convenient to our customers, we accept all major credit cards. Custom orders have a separate payment scheme and can also be done with all major credit cards.
Our design vary a bit in measurement and sport. The most accurate way to purchase your new clothing is to use the sizing chart and measure yourself. Please consider that height is an indication and the most important measurements are by chest and waist measurements. Our tri suits run on the smaller side. If you have any doubts please size up in triathlon wear. Should you need to consult your size with us please send us your height, waist, and chest measurements.
We understand that due to different demands for different products there might be situations in which items run out of stock. To accommodate to our customers, we have a waiting list for future production runs. In order to place your item in queu please email info@maunaendurance.com with your size and the item you want. We also conduct pre-sales prior to our new collection launches in case you want to get in early next time!
SHIPPING
Shipping within the continental US: Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days. At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. Charges for your shipping are determined by the destination/order delivery address and weight. Orders above $150 will be shipped free of charge. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. After an order is delivered, our company will not be responsible for stolen, lost, or abandoned packages.

Shipping outside of the US: International shipping is also available for our customers. International orders have different shipping times and depending on your location could take up to 4 weeks. International orders have a flat shipping rate of $45. Additional import liabilities imposed by local governments are covered by the customer and outside of our control. We are not responsible for any international returns and any duties/taxes associated with such. Any returns that are associated with denial from customers to pay duty charges will not be accepted. Since we cannot advise you on your local customs responsibilities please check with your local authorities before ordering.

RETURNS
In order to return an item for a full refund (excl. Shipping charges) the item must be:
- Unused with all tags and packaging
- Unwashed and in the same condition as it was received.
- Returned to us within 30 days of order
To begin your return please contact info@maunaendurance.com with your Order Number and the items you will be returning. In order to improve our products, any reason for return or feedback is more than welcome. Once your return complies with the above it will be evaluated and the conditions of each item will be reviewed. Upon approval of the return, our billing team will begin the refund. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in returns. You should see the payment reflected on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Our company reserves the right to evaluate and deny all returns and refunds if products are found to be worn or if its commercial value has been reduced because of actions taken by the customer.
EXCHANGES
We believe that comfort is one of the most important aspects of performance when it comes to apparel. In order to return an item for an exchange (excl. Shipping charges) the item must be:
- Unused with all tags and packaging
- Unwashed and in the same condition as it was received.
- Returned to us within 30 days of order
To begin your exchange please contact info@maunaendurance.com with your Order Number and the items you will be exchanging in and exchanging for as well as the sizes needed. In order to improve our products, any reason for return or feedback is more than welcome. Once your exchange items comply with the above they will be evaluated and the conditions are reviewed. Upon approval of the returned items, our shipping team will ship out your exchange items. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in returns.
Our company reserves the right to evaluate and deny the exchange of products that are found to be worn or if their commercial value has been reduced because of actions taken by the customer. Any exchange required due to defective or faulty items must be communicated to info@maunaendurance and we will assist you in complying with your exchange. In case of defective products, the shipping costs of the new products will be on us.
After receiving your order, if you notice that the items you ordered are different or are absent from what is actually delivered to you, please contact us immediately. Email info@maunaendurance.com with the order number and the items you believe are wrong or missing. Our team will help you investigate the issue and ultimately get you what you ordered.
We do have product custom apparel for private clients. Should you wish to explore this opportunity please reach out to us at info@maunaendurance.com for further assistance/guidance. In your email please let us know what clothing (i.e. bib shorts, trisuit, cycling jersey, etc…) and the quantity you are looking to produce. If you already have design ideas in mind please include these as well.
