Within the continental US: Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days.
At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. Charges for your shipping are determined by the destination/order delivery address and weight. Orders above $150 will be shipped free of charge. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. After an order is delivered, our company will not be responsible for stolen, lost, or abandoned packages.

Shipping outside of the US: International shipping is also available for our customers. International orders have different shipping times and depending on your location could take up to 4 weeks. In order to improve our products, any reason for return or feedback is more than welcome. Once your return complies with the above it will be evaluated and the conditions of each item will be reviewed. Upon approval of the return, our billing team will begin the refund. All international shipping charges will be borne by the customer in returns. You should see the payment reflected on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

- High temperatures ruin fabrics so please hand wash or machine wash under delicate cold wash mode only (<85*F)
- Use high quality detergents free of dye, perfume or softeners
- Do not use fabric softeners, iron, dry clean or bleach
- Hang dry, do not tumble dry
