Within the continental US: Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days.
At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for any international returns and any duties/taxes associated with such. Any returns that are associated with denial from customers to pay duty charges will not be accepted. Every piece is made from high-performing fabrics which have exceptional qualities to help you get the best of yourself. Here are a few tips and guidelines to keep them in the best shape possible for as long as possible:
- Don’t let your items sit around dirty/sweaty
- It is best to wash all of your cycling and triathlon apparel separate from the rest of your wash
- High temperatures ruin fabrics so please hand wash or machine wash under delicate cold wash mode only (<85*F)
- Use high quality detergents free of dye, perfume or softeners
- Do not use fabric softeners, iron, dry clean or bleach
- Hang dry, do not tumble dry
