Within the continental US: Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days.
At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. Charges for your shipping are determined by the destination/order delivery address and weight. Orders above $150 will be shipped free of charge. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. After an order is delivered, our company will not be responsible for stolen, lost, or abandoned packages.

Shipping outside of the US: International shipping is also available for our customers. International orders have different shipping times and depending on your location could take up to 4 weeks. We are not responsible for any international returns and any duties/taxes associated with such. Any returns that are associated with denial from customers to pay duty charges will not be accepted.
