ELITE Membership ($395)
For top-performing athletes, we offer the ELITE Membership. This exclusive tier is open only to top age-groupers with multiple podium finishes. The ELITE Membership includes everything in the Social Membership, plus additional perks designed to support high-level performance and success.

SELECTION AND PAYMENT
Team Mauna is an annual membership open to applicants worldwide. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive membership options and pricing details. Current Team Mauna athletes receive priority in the selection process and are notified of their acceptance first.
TEAM MAUNA STORE
Most items from the Team Mauna Store are made-to-order based on the sizing information you provide at checkout. As a result, athletes should expect delivery of preordered items approximately 8–10 weeks after registration closes. Please note that once we place your order, exchanges or returns for different sizes are not possible.
The Team Mauna Ourea Pro PR Trisuit, Team Mauna Njord Ultra Cycling Jersey, and Team Mauna Ourea Pro Running Singlet will feature our 2025 sponsors' logos, with no customization options available.
We ship orders worldwide. However, shipping fees are not included in the price, and any fees associated with the delivery country (such as customs, taxes, storage, or registration fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation for customs or import purposes.
SPONSOR DISCOUNTS
The sponsor discounts you receive as a member of Team Mauna are confidential, non-transferable, and may be subject to change depending on our sponsor agreements.
TRANSFERABILITY, LIABILITY, AND CANCELLATION
Participation in Team Mauna is non-cancellable and non-refundable. By joining Team Mauna, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mauna Endurance Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and third parties from any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or information.
We (and our employees, agents, and subcontractors) will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, costs, expenses, or damages (including loss of revenue, data, profits, or opportunity), whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our services.
DATA USE
By registering, you agree to allow Mauna Endurance Inc. to use your email for communication, marketing, and promotional purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time or opt-out by emailing hello@maunaapparel.com.
CHEATING
If you are caught cheating in any race event, you will be expelled from Team Mauna and will be ineligible to apply the following year.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & JURISDICTION
We reserve the right to modify the terms of our services at any time. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California for any disputes.

FAQS
In order to return an item for a full refund (excl. Shipping charges) the item must be:
- Unused with all tags and packaging
- Unwashed and in the same condition as it was received.
- Returned to us within 30 days of order
To begin your free return (US only) please contact apparel@maunaendurance.com with your Order Number and the items you will be returning. In order to improve our products, any reason for return or feedback is more than welcome. Once your return complies with the above it will be evaluated and the conditions of each item will be reviewed. Upon approval of the return, our billing team will begin the refund. All international shipping charges will be borne by the customer in returns. You should see the payment reflected on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Our company reserves the right to evaluate and deny all returns and refunds if products are found to be worn or if its commercial value has been reduced because of actions taken by the customer.
Items purchased at event expos do not qualify for return.

Items preordered from the Team Mauna Store do not qualify for return or exchange.
WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US:
Upon ordering, the processing time from our storage facility is approximately 2 business days. At times of additional business volume (such as holidays), there might be a 1 day delay on top of our normal timelines. Charges for your shipping are determined by the destination/order delivery address and weight. Orders above $150 will be shipped free of charge. The default shipping is standard ground service and you might receive this package by USPS or UPS. After an order is delivered, our company will not be responsible for stolen, lost, or abandoned packages.
We reserve the right to change shipping charges as per market pricing.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US:
International shipping is also available for our customers. International orders have different shipping times and depending on your location could take up to 4 weeks. International orders have a flat shipping rate of $29.99. Additional import liabilities imposed by local governments are covered by the customer and outside of our control. We are not responsible for any international returns and any duties/taxes associated with such. Any returns that are associated with denial from customers to pay duty charges will not be accepted. Since we cannot advise you on your local customs responsibilities please check with your local authorities before ordering.

We believe that comfort is one of the most important aspects of performance when it comes to apparel. In order to return an item for an exchange (excl. Shipping charges) the item must be:

- Unwashed and in the same condition as it was received.
- Returned to us within 30 days of order
To begin your free exchange (US only) please contact apparel@maunaendurance.com with your Order Number and the items you will be exchanging in and exchanging for as well as the sizes needed. In order to improve our products, any reason for return or feedback is more than welcome. Once your exchange items comply with the above they will be evaluated and the conditions are reviewed. Upon approval of the returned items, our shipping team will ship out your exchange items. All international shipping charges will be borne by the customer in returns.
