First, select the trisuit you want to customize and purchase it through our website. You’ll receive a detailed design form via email—complete the form with your color choices, logos, and design preferences. Within 2 business days, our design team will send you an initial mockup. After you approve the final design, your trisuit will go into production, which takes approximately 30 days. Shipping within the U.S. takes an additional 5–10 business days.

We require high-resolution files in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format for production. PNG files can be used as placeholders during the design process, but your trisuit cannot move into production until we receive the final logos in AI or PDF format. This ensures your graphics print clearly and professionally on the finished product.

Custom fitting is available only for the Ourea Pro PR Trisuit and the V.21 Trisuit. To qualify for custom fitting of the Ourea Pro PR, you must already own a Mauna Apparel trisuit—either from our core collection or a previous custom order—so we can accurately reference your fit. This requirement does not apply to the V.21 Trisuit, which can be custom fitted without prior ownership.

To get started, please request a quote by sharing the list of gear you'd like to customize. If you'd like to learn more about our customization options, order minimums, white label program, or shipping details, you can also request a meeting with our team—we’re happy to walk you through everything.

Once the quote is approved, you’ll need to pay a $150 design fee, which is either refundable or applied as a credit toward your final invoice—but only if your order moves into production. Once the fee is paid, you’ll receive a detailed design form to complete. After submission, our design team will send you an initial mockup.

Once the mockup is approved, you can choose one of two options:

1. Pay 50% of your order upfront and provide a size breakdown for each item.
2. Request a team store, where each athlete purchases their trisuit individually.

If you choose option one, the remaining 50% will be due once production is complete, and the entire order will be shipped together. If you go with the team store, each athlete’s order will be produced and shipped individually.

Please note: All international customers are responsible for import duties, whether shipped in bulk or individually.

You can mix sizes, but mixing different trisuit models within the same team order is not allowed. All athletes must use the same model for consistency in design and production. If placing a bulk order, you’ll need to provide a size breakdown for each item before production. If you opt for a team store, each athlete can select their size individually at checkout.

White labeling allows you to remove all Mauna branding from your custom apparel, making the design entirely your own. This option is available for orders of 100 items or more and includes an additional fee. It’s ideal for clubs, brands, or companies looking for a fully independent look.

Absolutely. To reorder your design, simply start the process again by paying the refundable design fee. You’ll receive the design form once more—just fill it out with your details and note any updates or changes you'd like to make.

No, we do not reproduce designs created by other companies. However, if you have a design from another company or a previous year’s kit that you like, you can submit it with your design form. Our designers will use it as inspiration and work to create an improved, unique version tailored just for you. We respect the creativity of other designers and do not copy existing work.

International orders placed outside the United States may ship directly from China or from the USA, depending on the order size. Shipping times typically range from 7 to 21 business days to reach your country. After import duties and fees are paid by the client or individual athletes, delivery usually takes an additional 5 to 7 business days. We commonly partner with UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure reliable international shipping. Please note, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
